“Sure, absolutely. I mean, there’s a lot more you can do, obviously, if you stop and you can take test and blood alcohol aside. Yes… Very, very difficult to counter that. That’s scientific evidence. People like scientific evidence. You know… but if it’s zero, and then let’s say, you didn’t…you said “you know what, I’ve had enough sir. I’ve given you a test that complied with these roadside tests, and you’re still asking me for stuff. I’m not giving you anything more.”
And I think people would understand that it’s like, you’ve done it, you’ve done it, you’ve done it. You’ve done. How much longer do I have to stay here? And those cases are also good, again, it depends because they always video tape them, so you’re always on camera, always on camera, on the DUI, so you don’t go crazy, because it will be there.
They have it in their cars, and they’ll have body worn. And a lot is, they base a lot of what you look. I mean, as long as there’s not scientific proof that you have, like a 1.2, or a lot of alcohol, if you look good and seem legitimate in the videos, people will question if the officers had a right.”
