Well, the ones that are hybrids, that have both the criminal investigation going and the Title IX investigation going, it hits the news. The classic case was a couple years ago. A punter on the San Diego State football team was accused criminally, and through Title IX. He wound up being cleared of both some three years later.
But that got a lot of attention because it was a really popular NFL prospect. And both of those investigations were taking place at the same time.
